We develop some rough sketches and notes of the many important items and ideas. We execute a Blueprint Contract at this initial meeting to proceed. The design team at Kootenay Lake Log Structures Ltd. is able to provide the same high quality service to clients at a long distance via conference calls, computer, fax, and courier.
Upon completion of the Blueprint Contract, the preliminary drawings are started, incorporating the clients own ideas and preferences into the drawings. Upon receipt of these preliminary drawings the client takes some time to review and make any changes that they would like to see. Depending on the process, this may require one, two, or several preliminary changes. Kootenay Lake Log Structures Ltd.'s design team works with the client in this review stage. Ultimately, the final design choices are the clients decision. Kootenay Lake Log Structures Ltd. works as a team member with the clients toward the final design.
